I am committed to assisting with the managerial and time-consuming tasks needed to successfully follow your strategic plan. All packages are fully customizable based on your organization’s needs and current staff/resources.
Project Management Package: To work together to complete 1 short-term task or project. Number of hours determined in advance; no lengthy commitment!
3-Month Online Business & Non-Profit Management Package: To work together to achieve your business/organization’s long-term goals. 15 hours per month minimum, unlimited plan renewals at same rate (conditions may apply).
Getting Started
An initial meeting with the executive(s) will ensure that we focus on both your current projects and your long-term vision for the organization, and set clear objectives. During this meeting we will identify the tasks to be performed, which can include general administrative tasks as well as:
Developing and implementing projects that will help your organization and community grow.
I strongly believe in community-based projects that contribute to strengthening and creating connections within and beyond organizations. Thus, I will consult with all parties involved in the project, and use and expand your network to build up meaningful partnerships.
Researching funding opportunities.
Based on your organization’s needs, I will seek appropriate funding opportunities such as grant programs, crowdfunding/donation campaigns, corporate sponsorships, and other economic development strategies. I will provide market research assistance as well as strategic insight in order to better your understanding of your audience and of your potential.
Working group and committee coordination.
Both ad hoc and permanent working groups need a strong understanding of their mission within your organization. I can assist you at all stages, including (re)defining the objectives, tasks and composition of the group, coordinating the group’s meetings and activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the group members and the executives or directors or your organization.
